Horror movie remakes that are in the works.  I’m especially excited for:
“A Nightmare On Elm Street,” “Attack of the Killer Tomatoes!,” “The Birds,” “Candyman,” “Children of the Corn,” “Creature From The Black Lagoon,” “The Entity” (even though no one I know saw the original, it’s a great story!), “Evil Dead,” “Faces of Death,” “Hellraiser,” “I Spit On Your Grave,” “The Last House On The Left” (ASKLDJFALKSDHAKLSDJFLKAJSDFLKAHGKLASJDF!  Craven’s first film, and he’s helping on it?!), “Night Of The Demons,” “Piranha 3-D” (no, I do not have high expectations for this movie, I’m mostly amused!), “Plan 9,” “Silent Night, Deadly Night,” “Suspiria,” “The Thing,” & “The Wolfman.”

Yes, I am incredibly afraid of what is going to happen with these.  I’m praying that the cast will be better than the “Friday the 13th” remake (though I’m still keeping my fingers crossed on that), and I’m so incredibly scared about “A Nightmare on Elm Street.”  How can you replace Robert Englund as Freddy Krueger?  It’s such a crucial character, and probably one of my favorite series of all time.  Plus, the people who are remaking “Friday the 13th” are doing the script for “Nightmare On Elm Street,” and after their cast selection I’ll admit to baby barfing in my mouth.  Fingers crossed, right?

As if cooler stuff couldn’t come out, we’ve also got “Scream 4″ in the works.  Yes, you heard me, “Scream 4.”  No, I’m not sure what to make of it, but I’m excited.  Extremely excited, in fact.  Woot!  As much as I don’t love remakes, I’ve gotta deal with it.  Hopefully they’ll be better than that awful “The Fog” remake that was one of the worst movies I’ve ever seen.

And I leave you with total awesomeness.

I just got the results of my biopsy back…. And aside from an overgrowth of scar tissue it looks like I’m a-okay for now! I have to go back for another check up in six months so we can continue to monitor it, but it looks like, for now at least, no surgery for me! I’m super excited about this, and can’t believe it!

I’ve been sick for the past couple of days (I’m assuming either stomach flu or food poisoning), but am beginning to finally feel better. I’m sick of eating and feeling sick from food. Maybe I’ll celebrate tonight.

I leave you with this amazingly funny video!
